Shelley is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse trained in both Psychotherapy and Primary care with over 10 years of experience. She works with individuals and couples. She is currently non-prescribing.

 

Dual training allows the advantage of seeing the psychological and medical issues in the context of the whole person. Shelley has been trained in a variety of psycho-therapeutic techniques. Her focus is largely Psycho-dynamic.

Shelley comes from a medical/academic family. Her grandfather, a Russian immigrant had his own private practice as a physician. Shelley’s father, uncle, aunt, and first cousin are also physicians. Shelley’s mother is a RN as well as her two cousins, and even her sister-in-low.
